Audit log
Review workspace activity and changes
Introduction
The audit log (shown in the app as Activity log) provides a record of changes made within your workspace. This helps workspace owners and admins track who did what, and when — whether changes were made through the web interface or via the API.
To view the audit log, go to Workspace settings > Activity log.
What is logged
The audit log captures actions performed by workspace members, including changes to:
- Applications, builds, and releases
- Portals and distribution groups
- Workspace settings, labels, streams, and custom targets
- API keys, connections, and webhooks
- Workspace members and roles
Each entry shows a description of the action, the member who performed it, when it occurred, and the affected resource.
Filtering
You can filter the audit log by:
- Member — show activity for a specific workspace member
- Application — limit to actions within a particular application
- Target — filter by resource type (such as Build, Release, or Portal)
- Action — filter by event type (such as created, updated, or deleted)
Use Reset filters to clear all active filters.
Retention
How far back you can view activity depends on your subscription plan. Each plan includes a defined log history window — for example, 7 days on Pro and 30 days on Ultra.
Entries outside your plan's retention window are not accessible. Upgrading your plan extends the available history.
Permissions
The audit log is available to workspace Owners and Admins only.
